You know in cheesy sitcoms how the dads typically aren't geniuses in the gift giving department? They'll buy their wife something that the guy actually wanted, a kitchen appliance, or some kind of exercise equipment? For my birthday and Christmas my lovely sister, no really she's gorgeous, got me a membership to a local workout studio.

It wasn't completely out of the blue when I first got the membership.  I had mentioned to her that I was thinking of trying out this studio.  So when I opened up my birthday card and inside was a gift certificate for 3 months, I had mixed feelings.

Part of me felt like the sitcom wife, I wanted something frivolous or fancy not something to kick my fanny (sorry, had to do it).  But the other part of me was excited to have something other than workout videos to do for exercise.

Who would have guessed that it would be one of the best presents my sister has ever given to me.  I have been a member of SyncStudio for 7 months, and I love it.  I am there at least 5 times a week unless I'm dying of illness or out of town.

In a way it's bad though... I've been spoiled rotten.  I have the best instructors a girl could ask for.  It takes a special person to keep you going when you think your legs might fall off from cycling or your stomach will actually burst into flames from all the stomach work in yoga.

So SyncStudio, on this day of love I want you to know how much I love YOU.  Because you make me feel welcomed, encouraged, strong, powerful, healthy, and beautiful.

I made you some cookies... I hope you love them.

And Kelly, I love you for giving all that to me.

Sincerely,

Jill
