I have decided that Fridays will be dedicated to posts about my favorite things: blogs, people, makeup, clothes, purses, whatever! So here goes the first round: 1. Revlon's Fire and Ice Lipstick - I know this lipstick looks intense, but it's incredible! You will definitely make a statement when you wear it, but you can handle it, right? It's extremely flattering which isn't always the case with such a bright color. Whenever I put it on, I feel like I'm on the set of Mad Men. 2. Ancient Myths Skirt from Antrhopologie - I bought this skirt recently, and I have worn it like crazy! Even though it's a print, there are so many ways to wear it. One day I wore it with a navy and white striped top and another time I wore it with a cute cotton white shirt.... I'm constantly thinking of new tops to wear with it, because it is such a comfy skirt and is effortlessly cool. photo from Anthropologie.com
3. Uncommon - About a year ago I came across, Uncommon, a super fun store on Etsy. It's a husband and wife team who make super sleek and traditional pieces in a very modern way. I had them make a picture frame for a photograph I also bought on Etsy from the shop AmeliaKayPhotography. They were so nice to work with, and I think they really gave me a steal.
But I've drooling over so many of their items since then.... Like this clock....
